Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS) Designation 2025

Description
We are excited to announce that we will be offering a Residential Construction Superintendent certification class at the HMCBA. The certification course is offered through the Home Builders Institute, the education arm of NAHB. The class will take place over the course of four months, starting in January with students meeting one day a month for eight hours.
You must attend all 8 classes to complete this designation.
We need a minimum of 10 to offer the class and the more that sign up, the less the course will be (see below).
Coursework Schedule:

Coursework will be four 8 hour days. Dates of class will be October 8, October 29, November 19, & December 10 from 8 am - 4:30 pm each day.
