Residential builders and associates traditionally are behind the curve when it comes to acquiring and developing young talent. Because of this, the residential industry is losing many of its young talent to the commercial sector. This workshop/class aims to highlight common misconceptions with hiring entry level talent, how to access/retain entry level talent and create a strong internship and/or training program, how to leverage your membership to fill gaps in the workforce, Do's and Don'ts in recruiting, and utilizing Workforce Development initiatives to source talent.
