As a longtime supporter of the building industry, Representative Strong has dedicated his career to Public Service. Strong spent 27 years working for the constituents of Madison County first as the Representative for District 4 and then as Chairman for the Madison County Commission. Elected in 2022 to the US House of Representatives, Strong continues to serve those same constituents along with the residents of Lauderdale, Limestone, Morgan, and Jackson County. In addition to his continued fight for a pro-business and pro-building environment, Representative Strong currently serves on the Committee on Armed Services, Committee on Homeland Security, and Committee on Science, Space, and Technology. Please join the HMCBA as we welcome Representative Strong back to the Rocket City and enjoy an update on his first few months in Washington D.C.
