Joe has lived in the Huntsville area for more than 50 years and has held various lending positions with a concentration in the housing industry over the last 30 years. With experience in direct lending to residential builders, Joe brings added value to new construction mortgage customers. He also currently serves on the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association Board of Directors, cheerfully giving of his time to better the housing industry on the local level.

Raised by a NASA engineer and a Huntsville City Schools educator, Joe enjoys passing on the technical and compassionate skills needed to maneuver today’s ever changing mortgage loan process.
