2023 Residential Construction Superintendent certification

Description

We are excited to announce that we will be offering a 2023 Residential Construction Superintendent certification class at the HMCBA. The certification course is offered through the Home Builders Institute, the education arm of NAHB. A professional HBI trainer will travel to the HMCBA for each course.

You must attend all 8 classes to complete this designation.

We need a minimum of 10 to offer the class and the more that sign up, the less the course will be (see below).

Coursework includes:

· Planning & Scheduling

· Safety & Security

· Customer Service & Homeowner Relations

· Office & Trade Contractor Relations

· General Project Management

· Budget Management & Cost Control

· Codes & Quality Control

· Hiring, Training & Supervision


$125 deposit required to hold your spot

Pricing per person depending on how many people sign up;

25 students = $850

20 Students = $900

15 Students = $1000

10 Students = $1150

Time

Course work will be four 8 hour days spread out over 4 months. Dates of class will be , December 13, January 10, February 7, & March 13 from 8am - 4:30 pm each day.   You MUST be present for each class to receive your RCS designation.

Pricing

A $125 deposit will reserve your place in the class. Final pricing will be emailed once all reservations have been made and the class size has been determined. The larger the class, the less each student will pay. For example:

If there are 10 people the price will be $1150

If there are 15 people, the price will be $1000

If there are 20 people the price will be $900

If there are 25 people the price will be $850
